IRCON Apprentices Salary 2025

Candidates selected for the posts of Trainee Engineer/Officer and Trainee Diploma Assistant/Assistant will receive a monthly consolidated salary that increases each year if the contract is extended. Additionally, all contract employees will receive a fixed ₹10,000 per year to cover personal expenses like medical insurance, attire, and footwear. This amount will be paid in two parts: 50% with the first salary and 50% after completing 11 months. No other benefits or allowances will be provided.
