  4. Persons of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma (Myanmar), Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India are eligible.
